What we keep, and for how long.
Short version: what you send us to get an answer, kept long enough to answer it. No tracking, no advertising, nothing sold.

The contact form
The form asks for the .com you are enquiring about, your company, your name, an email address, and optionally a telephone number, a subject and a message. With the submission we also record the time and the IP address it came from. All of it is used to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.
Verification
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser to do this and sets no advertising cookies. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.
A submitted form is delivered to our mailbox as an email, and our replies are ordinary email. The messages pass through and are stored by our hosting and email providers, who process them on our behalf and are not permitted to use them for anything else.
When we write first
We sometimes write to a company about a name that describes its business. The business contact details used are taken from the company's own website or a public business listing. We keep the name, role, company and address of the person written to, and the correspondence. Reply with the word stop and we cease writing to your company and keep only what is needed to make sure we do not write again.
This website
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (page, time, IP address, browser type) for security and to count visits. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it serves them.
How long
- Enquiries that lead nowhere: deleted within twelve months of the last message.
- Correspondence about a completed sale: kept for seven years, for tax and contract records.
- Stop requests: the company name and address are kept so the request is honoured.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. It is shared only with the providers named above, with the escrow service when you buy a name, and where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by writing to jocelyn@kalonmanagement.com. California residents have these rights under state law, and we extend them to everyone. We answer within thirty days.
