The site
This website is published by Kalon Management, 520 Capitol Mall, Suite 650, Sacramento, CA 95814. It describes what the firm does and lets you ask about a name. It is information, not an offer to sell any particular name to any particular person.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not oblige you to buy or us to sell. Please send only information that is accurate and that you are entitled to send. Do not use the form to send unlawful material or to test or interfere with the site.
Prices
A price given in writing by Jocelyn Whitlock stands for thirty days from the date it was sent, unless the message says otherwise. A name is reserved for a buyer only once both sides have signed the purchase agreement.
Sales
Each sale is governed by a written purchase agreement between the buyer and the seller of the name, and by the terms of the escrow service used. Where those differ from this page, they prevail.
What a name is and is not
A purchase transfers the registration of a .com. It does not transfer or create any trademark, and we make no promise that a name is free of third-party claims in your industry or region. Whether a name suits your business, and whether you may use it as a brand, is for you and your advisers to judge.
Rights complaints
If you believe a name we hold infringes your rights, write to jocelyn@kalonmanagement.com with the name and the basis of your claim. It will be answered by a person.
The site's content
The text and design of this site belong to Kalon Management. Quote it fairly if you wish; do not pass it off as your own.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Kalon Management is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its general descriptions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes about the site belong in the state or federal courts sitting in Sacramento County.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
